Our coaches work only with fixed and indexed products. This enables them to quickly evaluate your situation and make a recommendation.

Marketing Strategy:
As our coaches talk to agents throughout the country (5 days a week, 52 weeks a year) they develop a sense for what’s working and what’s not. That experience is invaluable. New & Inforce Business:

Time is valuable when it comes to our Agents. At RAM, we provide back office support to help our Agents achieve expedient turn around for new business as well as existing business.

Once our Agent writes a Case, we review it for:

Completeness
If additional information or requirements are needed, we follow up to obtain the information and provide it to the appropriate source.

Expedient Processing
We follow the case to make sure that funds get to the Insurance Carrier as quickly as possible and confirm that the policy is issued.

Suitability
Should questions arise, we provide the needed information to the Insurance Company regarding an Agent's case structure.

 

Commissions & Licensing Support:

Our back office support team ensures that commissions are processed and paid in a timely manner. If any issues arise, our team will identify the problem and bring it to resolution.

We process Agent contracts and schedule follow ups on the Agent's appointment through the Insurance Carrier. In addition, we act as a liaison to obtain Agent information for and from the Insurance Carrier(s).

Our goal is to provide superior customer service to our Agents so they can focus their time on writing cases.
