What do I need to know about RAM's RIA Corporation?
Holland Advisory Services (HAS) is an investment advisory firm registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). By offering both investment management and financial planning services, Holland assists affiliated independent financial advisers to help their prospects and clients plan for retirement income. Our RIA will work with other registered investment advisory firms (through the use of a sales or solicitation agreement).
What does Holland Advisory Services offer?
Holland Advisory Services has developed a variety of investment models (or strategies) to meet a wide array of client situations. Models range from conservative risk tolerance to the most aggressive risk tolerance. These models were created using both no-load (or load-waived) mutual funds and Exchange Traded Funds. The firm prides itself on the fact that they offer the convenience and efficiency of pre-established models, with the flexibility to customize when appropriate. Holland realizes that every situation is different. Blind liquidation of an existing portfolio may not be the best tax strategy for certain situations.

Our RIA understands the difficulties independent financial advisers face in juggling the many facets of running a financial planning business. Holland Advisory Services is available to serve as a behind-the-scenes staff, helping advisers provide recommendations for specific client situations, analyzing prospect or client investments, creating financial plans, and providing the operations staff to transfer fee-based accounts for asset management. With Holland's support, an adviser can have the freedom to focus his efforts on what he enjoys doing most: marketing, making presentations, talking with clients — the activities which will gather additional assets. Although some advisers may have an interest in creating the back-office of a financial services practice, it is very difficult (and burdensome) to successfully manage all of these different functions simultaneously.
